A unique one of a kind scalloped lace collar created from the collar of a 1940’s vintage lace top. This beauty is embellished with an abundance of handcrafted Italian vintage Millenary velvet flowers from Venice, Italy that poetically grace the neckline and cascade around to the back.The composition of overlapping flowers,leaves and the luscious use of varying fall colors: crimsons, plum, wine ,blush and ombré olive green leaves  make this a unique piece, each flower is embellished with Swarovski Crystals or hand painted stamens with beautiful detail of fabric covered buttons .
