•One of a Kind Handcrafted Baroque Style Metal Birdcage Handbag.Inspired by Raphael’s “Madonna di San Sisto”, is an oil painting by the Italian artist Raphael. “This Divine piece has 2 vintage Fontinini Angels from Milan wearing FIORI miniature filigree Crowns embellished with hand painted Metal roses.With removable hand dyed and curled ostrich feather tassel that can be attached also to a removable Italian silk pouch that can be worn separately.
With removable pouch in Italian Black Taffeta, Spanish Red Velvet , Sicilian Wine Velvet or French Pink Satin “RAPHAEL’S ANGELS” •The inspiration•
The painting was commissioned in 1512 by Pope Julius II for the church of San Sisto, Piacenza pair of chubby cherubs found at the bottom of the scene, whimsically looking up at the Divine Madonna and Christ Child..
